Everything you need before your first class.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Please wear regular socks or grip socks for reformer classes. Just bring water and yourself. We've got the rest.
Not at all. Our Bespoke, Loose and Form classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, with modifications throughout.
Group classes are capped at 12 participants so you always get close attention. Some specialist classes run with smaller numbers.
Yes. We run specialised classes designed specifically for prenatal and postnatal clients, led by teachers with training in pre/post natal reformer Pilates.
We ask for at least 12 hours' notice to cancel a booking. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class credit. On unlimited memberships, a $15 charge applies to any late cancellation or no-show. Entry is closed 5 minutes after class begins, so please arrive early.
Members can pause their membership for up to 4 weeks per year. Class packs can't be frozen, but they do come with generous 3, 6 and 12-month expiry windows.
Pilates builds strength, flexibility and balance while relieving stress, and it's low-impact, so it's kind to your joints. Practised consistently, it helps you move, feel and live better for longer. That's the whole point: Pilates for life.
Some of our classes are taught by physiotherapists, osteopaths and exercise physiologists, however you are not able to claim a class on private health with a code. Some health insurers do cover Pilates or fitness and give you a set amount to use at your discretion. It is worth checking with your fund to see what your policy includes.
